The complete ranking for 50 Top Pizza Asia – Pacific 2026
During the awards ceremony held at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Tokyo, 50 Top Pizza, the most influential guide in the world of pizza, announced the ranking of the 50 Best Pizzerias in the Asia – Pacific area for 2026.
RistoPizza by Napoli sta ca by Giuseppe Errichiello, located in the Azabudai Hills Store in Tokyo, is the best pizzeria according to 50 Top Pizza Asia – Pacific 2026. In second place is The Pizza Bar on 38th, the world’s smallest pizzeria, which can accommodate a maximum of eight people, led by Daniele Cason, Executive Chef of the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo. In third place ex aequo, we have Fiata by Salvatore Fiata, in Hong Kong, and gigi’s by Daniel Semrani, in Sydney, Australia.
Fourth place for Spacca Napoli by Giulio Lee in Seoul, South Korea, and fifth place goes to Crosta, in Manila, Philippines, owned by Ingga S. Cabangon Chua and Thomas Woudwyk, and led by Yuichi Ito. Sixth place goes to Massilia, in Bangkok, led by Luca Appino and Michele Fernando. Seventh place goes to SHOP225 by Lorenzo Tron, in Melbourne, Australia, while eighth place is assigned to Pizzeria Braceria CESARI!!, in Nagoya, Japan, led by Pasquale Makishima.
Ninth place goes to a mano, in Manila, Philippines, owned by Amado Forés, and, rounding out the top ten is Bottega by the Salvo brothers, in Beijing, China. Eleventh place goes to da Susy, in Gurugram, India, owned by Susy Di Cosimo, while twelfth place goes to Margherí, owned by Ciro Sorrentino, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Thirteenth place goes to Dante’s by Enis Baçova, in Auckland, New Zealand. Fourteenth place goes to 48h Pizza e Gnocchi Bar, by Michele Circhirillo and Fabio Biscaldi, in Melbourne, Australia. Fifteenth place goes to ANTO, by Antonio Brancato, in Singapore.
The top 15 positions in the 50 Top Pizza Asia – Pacific 2026 ranking, automatically enter the 100 Best Pizzerias in the World, which will meet in Naples on September 15th.
The memorable awards ceremony, broadcast live on the network’s social media channels, was hosted by Imma Romano and was welcomed by His Excellency Mario Vattani, Ambassador of Italy in Japan. The ceremony concluded with a speech from Raffaele Borriello, Chief of Staff of the Minister of Agricolture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, who conferred the recognitions to the award winners.
The event concluded with an informal party at XEX NIHONBASHI, which welcomed guests from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The One to Watch 2026 – Monte Bussan Award goes to Vesu Pizza Bar, in Hong Kong, China; the Made in Italy 2026 – Salumi Coati Award goes to Dante’s by Enis Baçova, in Auckland, New Zealand; the Best Fried Food 2026 – Il Fritturista – Oleificio Zucchi Award goes to Massilia, in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Best Pasta Proposal 2026 – Pastificio Di Martino Award goes to SHOP225 in Melbourne, Australia; La Bottega Enoteca, in Singapore, wins the Best Dessert List 2026 – Latteria San Salvatore Award; the Best Cocktail List 2026 – Sei Bellissimi Award goes to BACI, in Hong Kong, China; the Best Customer Satisfaction 2026 – Grassl Glass Award goes to Little Napoli, in Hong Kong, China.
13 are the countries represented in 50 Top Pizza Asia – Pacific 2026: Australia, China, South Korea, the Philippines, Japan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Japan is the most represented country with 11 pizzerias, followed by Australia with 9, and China with 6. The most represented city is Tokyo with 7 pizzerias, followed by Hong Kong/Melbourne with 4 pizzerias each, and the trio Bangkok/Singapore/Sydney with 3 pizzerias each.
“The Asia-Pacific region is becoming increasingly attractive to pizza lovers – say the guide’s three curators Barbara Guerra, Luciano Pignataro, and Albert Sapere -. Japan remains the benchmark in terms of both quality and quantity: Australia has made significant progress in recent years; in terms of emerging quality, we can definitely pinpoint Seoul, South Korea; over the past two years, we’ve been paying close attention to a new style of pizza, the Neapolitan Tokyo Style, which has expanded beyond Japan and is gaining popularity across other continents. We’ve also observed that cocktails are becoming a more popular choice to pair with pizza in place of wine or beer, particularly among younger generations”.
The next 50 Top Pizza event is scheduled for April 14th, live from Rio de Janeiro, to discover the best pizzerias in Latin America for the year 2026.
