The complete ranking for 50 Top Pizza Latin America 2026
André Guidon‘s Leggera Pizza Napoletana in São Paulo, Brazil, has been confirmed as the best pizzeria in Latin America for the year 2026, according to the industry’s most influential guide, 50 Top Pizza. The announcement was made last night at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura of Rio de Janeiro during a well-attended ceremony. The event was broadcast live on the network’s social media channels and hosted by actor Pietro Barana. The guests as well as the award recipients were greeted by the Director of the Italian Cultural Institute in Rio de Janeiro, Marco Marica.
In second place is Allería, owned by the Puzio family, in Providencia, Chile. In third place there is a tie between Pizzardi Artigianale in Bogotá, Colombia, by Andrea Bornacelli, and QT Pizza Bar in São Paulo, Brazil, by Matheus Ramos.
In fourth place is Ti Amo in Adrogué, Argentina, by Victoria and Carola Santoro; fifth place went to La Clásica in San Salvador, El Salvador, by Juan Cárcamo. In sixth place is Flama in Miraflores, Peru; seventh place went to A Pizza da Mooca in São Paulo, Brazil, by Bruna and Fellipe Zanuto. Eighth place went to Unica Pizzeria in São Paulo, Brazil; ninth place went to Portarossa, by Yoselin María Tavares, in Pampatar, Venezuela. Tenth place goes to L’Incanto in Punta del Este, Uruguay. Eleventh place is shared by Bento Pizzeria in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Raffaella in Las Condes, Chile. Twelfth place went to Veridiana in São Paulo, Brazil; thirteenth place went to Brunapoli in Vitacura, Chile; fourteenth place went to Atte. Pizzeria Napoletana in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and fifteenth place went to Seba’s in Uvita, Costa Rica.
The top 15 in the 50 Top Pizza Latin America 2026 ranking – four more than last year – automatically qualify for the 100 Best Pizzerias in the World. During the awards ceremony, the top 15 received the Golden Ticket, the only way to access the 50 Top Pizza World 2026 awards ceremony, scheduled for September in Naples.
A growing guide
The big news for 2026 for 50 Top Pizza Latin America is a guide that is constantly growing, and, in addition to the pizzeria rankings, it also includes the section called “Excellent Pizzerias”. This list indicates forty places where you can enjoy a good pizza. This brings the total number of recognized pizzerias across Latin America to 92.
The special awards of the evening
Juan Cárcamo of La Clásica in San Salvador, El Salvador, won the title of Pizza Maker of the Year 2026 – Ferrarelle Award; Pomodori from QT Pizza Bar in São Paulo, Brazil, was awarded Pizza of the Year 2026 – Latteria Sorrentina Award; Pizzardi Artigianale in Bogotá, Colombia, won the Performance of the Year 2026 – Robo Award; the New Entry of the Year 2026 – Solania Award went to Diavolo Rosso in Samborondón, Ecuador.
The One to Watch 2026 – C-Trade Gourmet Award went to Pizza Verace in Panama City; the Made in Italy 2026 – Salumi Coati Award went to Brunapoli in Vitacura, Chile; and the Best Fried Food 2026 – Il Fritturista – Oleificio Zucchi Award went to Portarossa in Pampatar, Venezuela.
The Best Pasta Proposal 2026 – Pastificio Di Martino Award went to Raffaella in Las Condes, Chile; Coltivi, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, won the Best Dessert List 2026 – Latteria San Salvatore Award; and the Best Cocktail List 2026 – Sei Bellissimi Award went to A Pizza da Mooca in São Paulo, Brazil.
The only Green Oven 2026 – Goeldlin, award given to pizzerias with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, was given to Seba’s in Uvita, Costa Rica.
17 Latin American countries are present in the guide: Brazil leads the way with 44 pizzerias, followed by Argentina with 11, and Chile with 9. The most represented city is São Paulo with 13 pizzerias, followed by Rio de Janeiro with 7, and Buenos Aires with 4.

The next 50 Top Pizza event is set for May 27th. It will be broadcast live from New York to reveal the best pizzerias in the United States of America for the year 2026.
