Certe volte ci si chiede se la posizione conti tanto nel successo di una pizzeria. In questo caso siamo sulle alture di Sanremo, a qualche chilometro dal centro. Arriviamo e il parcheggio non è dei più agevoli, non si gode di un gran panorama. Siamo in bassa stagione, fa un po' freddino ed il dehor esterno è chiuso. Entriamo e il locale, abbastanza rustico e non enorme, è praticamente pieno. Ci sediamo al tavolo ed ecco che avvertiamo subito un'atmosfera casalinga, schietta e sincera. Il personale è affabile e cortese.
L'ottima lievitazione della pasta, la cottura in forno a legna accurata e precisa, la leggerezza e digeribilità del prodotto ci danno una grande soddisfazione. Da provare.
Sometimes we wonder if the position of a pizzeria makes an impact on its success. In this case, we are on the hills of Sanremo, a few kilometers from the center. Upon arrival we noticed that parking was not easy to find, and there was no great view. We are in the off-peak season, it is a bit chilly and the outdoor area is closed. Upon entering the establishment we see that it is quite rustic and not very large, but it is practically full. Once at the table, we immediately feel a homely atmosphere that is genuine and sincere. The staff is friendly and courteous. We were greatly satisfied with the excellent leavening of the dough, the accurate and precise baking in a wood-fired oven, along with the lightness and digestibility of the product. Definitely worth trying.
