This establishment is located in Piazza Sannazzaro, a few steps from the Neapolitan seafront. Here Ciro Salvo has created a Neapolitan pizza that enhances tradition thanks to a careful, almost obsessive selection of the ingredients used. The establishment is large with a sensible layout. Even on the busiest evenings, the service runs with an efficient smoothness thanks to an excellent organization of the orders. We ordered a margherita, a cosacca and a filetto, all distinguished for the excellent quality of the tomatoes used. The baking and leavenings are also excellent and the dough is light and digestible. The toppings are very well balanced and in sync with the textures of the dough. The seasonings of the flavors are well calibrated and excellent quality oil is used. The fried dishes are classic, tasty and well cooked. The selection of wine and beer is impressive. The dessert options are also very good. Two ovens and the presence of at least 5 pizza chefs guarantee high service efficiency. Definitely excellent value for your money.
