Da non perdere
In this famous and historic Trapani pizzeria (since 1946) you can enjoy a fragrant pizza, with a high and pleasantly soft dough. The pizza is eaten in small dining areas painted in white and covered with emerald green tiles. It is rumored that these cubicles once housed a brothel. Patrons come here to taste the pizza in pala, which is topped in various different ways. A great classic is the Trapanese rianata, a traditional pizza made with anchovy tomato sauce, pecorino, garlic, and oregano. The environment is noisy, the service is very fast (considering the long line outside the door). All in all, we would define it as pleasant chaos.
