Gourmet pizza under the large vault that stands out along the Treviso-Mare road. The Perchè is above all a modern architectonic work of art. It has a daring, audacious design which was recognized by a Triennale award. The contemporary-styled pizzeria compliments the established restaurant with its well-lit dining areas, decorated with “live-art” by Valentina D’Andra. There is a pizza tasting menu, with stone-ground flours, long leavening times and quality toppings. It is a product that has the right synthesis of softness and crunchiness. There are the classics, such as the margherita with buffalo-milk mozzarella, organic tomatoes and buffalo-milk stracciatella. Then there are also the signature pizzas such as the Vegetariana or the Affumicata with speck from Sauris. An extensive beer and wine list. The bill was about 15 euros.
