Da non perdere
The Antico Arco has been continuing its concept of an alternative pizzeria which has bet on quality for years now. It prefers local organic raw materials from small local producers. Their experimenting is renewed year after year both in the elaboration of the alternative doughs and in the combinations of the toppings. The margherita with sheep-milk mozzarella surprises for its simplicity. A final note of merit goes to the attention given to choice and to the patrons’ food allergies. The exhaustive menu, in fact, proposes inviting combinations for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs and lactose-intolerant individuals. The beer list is up to the standard of the gastronomic proposal on offer.
