This is a simple and well-kept establishment where you can find a wide variety of dinner proposals. It is actually an inn that also offers a pizzeria service. Each dish is made with high quality raw materials, and the pizza is no exception. The dough is obtained by a leavening of more than 72 hours from a dehydrated sourdough starter, and the flours used are a mix of types 1 and 2 in addition to soy and rice flour. The Neapolitan pizza is a classic, tasty and satisfying, with ingredients that reflect its origin: Pantelleria capers, Cantabrico anchovies, and buffalo-milk mozzarella. The wine list is intriguing and there is also a brilliant BYOB service offer. Very good traditional desserts.
