The Alps can be seen quite well from this pizzeria located at the entrance to the city. All the rest is Neapolitan in taste and heart: not just in the pizza, with its dough made to perfection, but also in the expert production of the delicacies that speak of the partenopeocity: crocchè,frittata di pasta, stuffed zucchini flowers, fried balls of eggplant and provola and so on. A daring creativity is also seen in the baking: whether you choose the “crocchettone” (a special calzone stuffed with everything under the sun) or the pizza fried in the oven. The “classiche” (classics) are also precisely well-executed, beginning with good raw materials (provolafrom Agerola, cherry tomatoes from Piennolo, the yellow ones from Battipaglia…).
