Luigi Pomata’s latest venture is an establishment with a beautiful terrace overlooking Cagliari. The pizzas here are served in as a tasting menu. The pizza is well-leavened and with a good hydration. The flour used is stone-ground flour. The ingredients used for the toppings are excellent, and they often change depending on seasonality, such as the one with artichokes and sea urchins. The service is very courteous and happy to help the customer in their selection. The beverage menu deserves a special mention for its centrifuged drinks and cocktails. The prices are slightly above average.
