Da non perdere
The necessary conditions for a pleasant evening spent with company are all here, beginning with the location. It is beautified by a luscious vegetation, the fountains on walls and original, well-tended furnishings. The pizzas, however, even if glorified by fragrant and digestible doughs (the margherita with buffalo milk mozzarella is very good) are lacking in balance: the dialogue among the ingredients (as in the case of the one with bottarga, pecorino, broccoletti and cream of pumpkin) does not always translate well. Added to this, the waitstaff (which opens bottles of Champagne with loud cracks) is distracted, hardly in line with the elevated prices, and is not always the bearer of the experience that would satisfy your expectations.
