In one of the most fashionable districts of Milan, in a building recognizable thanks to its careful restoration, Berberè Navigli offers a crafted pizza with a light sourdough; simply delicious. It is served in eight pre-cut slices to encourage sharing between diners, and so that all the different flavors can be tasted. The raw material used is of high quality: organic flour, oil, tomato; fiordilatte, burrata, and excellent buffalo-milk mozzarella. There is an extensive use of DOP material and presidi slow food products. Few pizzas on the menu, but great attention has been given to the dough and the toppings. Impeccable service.
