Spirito Libero is a restaurant-pizzeria on the lovely Senigallia seaside. It is a small establishment (seating for about 30 people), and it began more as a fish place rather than a pizzeria. Nonetheless they offer a menu of pizzas made from a sourdough starter. The restaurant aspect of this establishment is noticeable in the careful welcome by the staff, and also by the little entrée offered at the beginning of the meal. The pizzas have good toppings with quality products, even if the dough might not satisfy diehard pizza lovers. The sourdough, in fact, is very thin and light. Prices are above average, and there is a well-stocked wine list.
