Da non perdere
The “format” of Gabriele Bonci, a roman baker and pizza maker, has enjoyed immediate success in Lucca. There are two dining areas in this pizzeria, one where the pizza counter is located and another more intimate area. There is a tasting menu where you can order different kinds of pizza and embark on a journey through flavor. The pizza with lard and potatoes and the one with caramelized onions, cream cheese, and walnuts are very tasty. The counter service is courteous; the atmosphere, the seating, and the service are all very basic.
