A spacious establishment in an essential and contemporary style, yet welcoming nonetheless. Pizzikotto serves pizzas that are made almost completely of organic ingredients (flour, EVO and seed oils, tomato, mozzarella, and passata piaderna). The menu is vast and inviting. You can even choose the thickness of the dough (high/medium/low) which is prepared with little yeast and leavened for 72 hours. It is lacking, however, in terms of digestibility. The pizzas have ingredients of excellent quality (on a pizza this makes all the difference!), and are always well-baked and leavened. The staff of enthusiastic youngsters should perhaps be coordinated better on the crowded evenings (the pizza was served almost at the same time as the antipasti)!
