This pizzeria has an ample dining area furnished with taste that preserves an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The extensive wine list, along with a refined selection of craft beers, accompanies a well-leavened and very pleasing pizza. Typical Neapolitan style dough baked in a wood-fired oven. A choice of eight different types of flour is available including chia seeds, flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, and oat. The leavening is done slowly in a controlled environment. All of these elements, combined with creative toppings guarantee a vast choice of pizzas (including a rainbow pizza). Don’t miss the “Crudaiola”, with buffalo milk mozzarella, prosciutto crudo cured for 30 months and fresh tomatoes. We also recommend “Barda del frate” with asparagus cream, sautéed curry shrimp, buffalo stracciatella and chili peppers.
