Da non perdere
The New Sporting pizzeria is found along the seaside at Montesilvano and in summer you can try this excellent pizza even on the beach. The dough, with natural leavening and live sourdough, is made with a mix of type 1 flours and select wholegrain flours with purely ground grains. The result convinces the palate and is light and digestible. Alberto Di Michele, pizza chef and owner, is very careful in his use of raw materials for the toppings. He personally selects the best Abruzzo and Italian producers, and also uses Slow Food Presidia products. The dining room waitstaff is professional and very attentive to the patrons.
