The Trieste pizzeria was founded in 1958, from the existing beach resort of the same name. The Ciferni family developed a method of cooking pizza in a metal pan which ensured consistent and crisp baking, avoiding direct contact with the oven. From there on their story respects tradition, a continuous search for the best raw materials, a constant pursuit of doughs with natural leavening. Nowadays it is a brand name with numerous sales points around the world, (among which are Madrid, London and Vietnam) which has guaranteed flavour and quality to every customer for more than 60 years.
