Da non perdere
The restaurant is quite large and welcoming, divided into several rooms, with well-spaced tables. The service is friendly and professional, although not particularly fast. The pizzas are very close to the gourmet style. The dough is not spread much, thus resulting in a pizza very similar to a focaccia. It is served at the table already cut into slices. The topping ingredients are undoubtedly of excellent quality and very tasty. However they have not been put generously on the pizzas; quite the opposite. Among the various types, the hydrolyzed pizza dough is their strong point. However, it certainly does not stand out for being light or nor for bubbles in the crust. In addition, the baking time is too fast.
