If you are looking for a pizza that is not limited by tradition but that also has of a touch of originality, you are in the right place (“Al posto giusto”). Here pizzas are made with a sourdough starter and three types of flour including whole-wheat, wheat germ and multigrain. They are served in two versions: the classic Italian style or the crunchy "scrocchiarella", already sliced and enriched with top quality ingredients. Careful attention and research are done on the products used that are all locally sourced (km 0). The menu is completed by a good beer list and numerous fish dishes. The restaurant does not stand out for its originality. The numerous tables make it a bit noisy, but the service is attentive and the number of pizzas that deserve to be tried are quite a few.
