Da non perdere
This establishment is located in the San Paolo district; well-indicated by a large white sign. You cannot book and you might end up standing in line, even on weekdays. There are two rooms, one large and the other small: The small room leads to an internal courtyard. The environment is bright, with not much space between the tables; it almost has a fast-food feel. Everyone seems to be in a hurry, the menu is printed on the placemat. The desserts are on display and need to be ordered separately. There is not a wide choice of drinks (soft drinks, water or beer). The choice of pizza, however, is vast, and almost all of them have a “gluten free” version. Top quality dough; pizzas with Khorasan flour, whole-wheat flour, hemp and charcoal. There is also the “padellino” option. Take-aways are also available. On Thursday evenings fried fish is available.
