This place has a rustic yet elegant dining area on the ground floor. In summer it has a nice outdoor seating area with a view of the cathedral. The pizza here is excellent. Numerous prestigious flours are used for the dough, which is soft and tasty. It is left to rise slowly using a sourdough starter. As for the toppings, effort has been made to find quality raw materials that are exclusively from Puglia. In fact, the menu of special pizzas is inspired by traditional regional dishes and top-quality local products. This winning idea belongs to Emanuele Natalizio who has managed to reinvent pizza and who does not fear comparison to the celebrated Neapolitan type.
