This charming pizzeria with a modern and refined style is located in the center of Andalo, about a half-hour car ride from Trento. Despite the fact that they do not take reservations, if you avoid the rush, it is generally possible to find a free table. The menu (which varies according to the season) presents a vast choice of pizzas, from the more classic to the house specialties. They are characterized by the use of numerous local ingredients but also Slow Food Presidia and Arca del Gusto raw materials. Apart from the classic pizzas, cocci and schiacce (high crust) pizzas are also available. A wide variety of doughs are proposed: classic, whole wheat, rye and corn spin from Valsugana. It is possible to eat your pizza with a nice Italian craft beer or, as the house advises, with a glass of wine chosen from the vast wine list. The dining room staff is always available to give suggestions and information about the products used.
