Let’s start with the problem, which is the only one here at Ranzani 13: the acoustics. Prepare yourselves for a noisy evening, also because this pizzeria is almost always full. However, if it works so well, there must be a good reason: the pizza! After seven years of prize-winning business, the pizza continues, in fact, to be excellent. The dough is perfectly digestible thanks to the use of a sourdough starter and top-quality ingredients. The waiting time is average, the service is smart, aware and attentive. We chose the classic margherita with DOP San Marzano tomatoes, and the gourmet Camera a Sud with ‘nduja, friarielli and salted ricotta. As an alternative to pizza, there is the well-tried and tested hamburger, as well as a selection of daily specials from the kitchen. And the added bonus at this establishment?
