Da non perdere
This is an historic pizzeria in Pontecagnano Faiano which takes its patrons back to the time of its opening in 1928; the work of the Commendatore Edoardo Negri. The establishment, which today is managed by the grandson of the founder, Auturo, has kept its authenticity intact. The pizza, which is also available in wholegrain and gluten-free versions, is fruit of a long natural leavening, with a thin, highly digestible crust. The products used are of excellent quality with particular attention to Slow Food Presidia products and to prestigious products from Cilento. Professional and courteous service. Good wine list and good selection of craft beers from Campania.
