This establishment has been remodeled recently; it has two small indoor dining areas and an outdoor space as well.
The service is fast, managed by both an electronic and a paper ordering system. The menu, however, is not explained (by the waitstaff). Good cleanliness of the dining areas. We chose two margherita
s and a filetto
(mozzarella and cherry tomatoes). The baking was poorly executed and the pizza was completely burnt. Good leavening, with a light crust. Good-quality toppings; savory and well-calibrated condiments. The acidity of the tomato was good in both types of pizza. The frittura mista
(mixed fried starter) was well-made, savory and with a nice coating of breadcrumbs. The pizzas were a uniform, small to medium size. As for the table settings, the pizza was served on glass and the frittura
was served on paper. Beer on tap. Tap water was served in a glass pitcher.
