Da non perdere
A cozy establishment with fast and well-synchronized service. There is an open kitchen along with a monitor put in place to allow the customer to observe the pizza production. We ordered a diavolaand a pistacchio. Both pizzas were well-risen. In the first pizza, that was slightly spicy, the acidity of the tomato was well balanced with the other ingredients on the pizza. On the second pizza, there was an excellent balance between sweet and salt. Both pizzas were well baked and contained excellent quality ingredients. The staff is helpful and dynamic. The table setting was well-matched with the rustic style used in the dining room. It consists of porcelain dishes, glass cups and a paper placemat.
