Da Michele I Condurro
Da non perdere
As soon as you enter Michele I Condurro you notice the giant pizzas carried around over the heads of the waiters. The establishment is pleasant. The service is good. The staff is young and ready to give the off-hand joke yet they are polite and attentive to the customer’s request nonetheless. The appetizers and desserts deserve a praise, but the main star is the gargantuan-sized pizza that spills over the perimeter of your plate. The base of the pizza is thin, and the crust is high but not overly so. The dough is light, tasty and well cooked. It stays soft without being watery. The ingredients used are certainly of good quality. The pizza with pumpkin and crumbled black suckling pig is tasty, the piennolo tomatoes and the fiordilatte are excellent.
