Historic pizzeria in Bergamo (on its lower side) with more than 100 seats, for families and evenings with friends. To highlight the importance of stone-ground flour, the menu offers pizzas with both traditional and wholegrain dough. The school is of the classical inspiration: a low round, crunchy, disk with a slightly raised crust.
