This place is a sure bet.  Situated on the lower Reggiano foothills, you can go here for a pizza of superfine quality, paired with the most unusual wines (also by the glass), from the most renowned regions of the world.  They have been selected by the owner Sorrentino, Master Sommelier Alma.  Informal table settings and dining areas with a contemporary décor are all fruit of a careful remodel done in 2018, a work of art by the master Omar Galliani.  There is a menu with forty pizzas that are crunchy, fragrant, soft, with a low crust, each with its own specific glass of wine.  They are made with special doughs, organic flours, antique grains, long leavening times, and topped with first-quality ingredients.  We recommend the “Gualtiero Marchesi.”
