This restaurant-pizzeria is found on the ground floor of a hotel done in a typical Aosta Valley style, along the main road of this town known for its lard production. Parking is easy, even if not everyone will find a spot right next to the establishment. The dining areas with low ceilings are separate from one another; there are wooden furnishings, thick tables and a warm atmosphere. There is seating for about one hundred people. The service is informal as is the tableware. A traditional dough, thin and crunchy; a lot of creativity in the toppings, often with local products. The entire team is involved in the preparation, even the waiters. There is a short list of artisan wines and beers, bulk wine and mineral water. Wifi is available on request. It is best to reserve a table at weekends. No pizza service at lunch.
