Banco Del Vino
Da non perdere
An unconventional establishment, especially for the originality of what it offers. The pizza here is neither Neapolitan, nor stretched, nor gourmet, or, perhaps, it is an ensemble of all of these things. Wine is the decided protagonist at this place, which, as its name suggests, occupies a significant part of the menu. There are erudite references including small-scale producers and examples from the lesser known areas of Italy and France. As for the pizza, it boasts a lovely crust, but its dimensions are much smaller than the norm. The primary materials are excellent and the dough is fragrant, albeit too salty, especially in some pizzas such as the Napoli 2018
which already has been topped with capers and anchovies from Cetara. The service is very affable, however it has difficulty managing a full house.
