This is not a simple pizzeria, but a gastronomic laboratory dedicated to leavenings.  Alessandro Alessandri, also owner of the bakery next door, is an enthusiastic scholar of breadmaking, and an original interpreter of baked goods.  The establishment, located in the charming district of Sturla Sul Mare, is warm and welcoming in its decor with a marine style.  The menu is a meticulous description of the high-quality products that are used in the dough and in garnishing the pizzas.  Among these the use of antique pure Einkorn wheat is noteworthy.  Prestigious wine and beer lists, with a wide range of choice for pairings.  Young and kind waitstaff.
