Salvatore will proudly tell you about the long leavening time of the dough and the use of antique grains from Sicily. The kitchen also proposes fabulous cutting blocks of cheeses and cured meats, excellent soups, and a selection of simple yet well-designed dishes, all of which are made with respect to seasonality. The cantina is deserving of merit, with its many Etna, national and foreign labels. The service is extremely courteous.
