Da non perdere
From Saturday, June 1st, 2019 the (electric) pizza oven will once again be turned on in the splendid garden of the Gherardesca belonging to the Four Seasons Hotel. The collaboration with Romualdo Rizzuti has been confirmed and this will be the second establishment (another reopened in the San Niccolò district). Behind the scenes in the kitchen there is, as always, Vito Mollica and the desserts are created by the refined pastry chef Domenico Di Clemente. Pizzas are served only for dinner (on Saturdays and Sundays also for lunch). Obviously, the prices of Al Fresco are appropriate to the context: we are in the garden of a 5-star hotel in the historic center of Florence.
