A good example of this can be found in the potato and rosemary pizza, or the tomato pizza, where the acidity of the tomatoes is well balanced by the olive oil. The fragrance and extreme lightness of the dough and the excellent selection of raw materials invite you to come back for more. The organic stone-ground flour is also used for bread and other sweet and savory baked goods on offer. Good value for money. The take-away packaging also deserves a mark of merit.
