Agriturismo Il Casaletto
Da non perdere
This establishment is a lovely agritourism business in Viterbo. In both the kitchen and the pizzeria, great care has been taken in sourcing the products from the local territory beginning with Slow Food Presidia choices.
The service is worthy of a restaurant. It also has a substantial wine list (one of the two brothers who own the establishment is a sommelier) and a well-organized, spacious dining area.
Apart from the simple yet well-executed dishes and the grill which is constantly running, it is the pizzeria which plays a crucial role at this place. Aside from the traditional pizzas such as the margherita, the bufalina, the Napoli and etc., there are those with more original toppings which showcase the gastronomic treasures of Tuscia.
While the agriturismo’s fresh products and, in general, all of the ingredients used continue to be of notable quality, this time we must unfortunately report a slight decline in the consistency and taste of the dough.
