Founded on one of the most important archaeological sites of Catania: the ruins of the Roman amphitheatre can be admired from one of the dining rooms. The pizza is large and soft thanks to a natural leavening. Among the ingredients utilized are fine grains and fresh foods, selected with care from certified short supply chains. The soft and easy-to-digest dough is made thanks to the long rising time of the dough (from 24 to 36 hours). Among the red pizzas, the “Via Cardinale Dusmet” is recommended with tomato, mozzarella, a sunny-side egg and bacon. Among the white pizzas, the “Pizza al vicolo” with mozzarella, mortadella, pistachios and Grana Padano cheese shavings.
