This is a modern place where the colors – gold, red, and black – stand out. The staff is kind and welcoming. The cocktail and pizza pairings are convincing and every ingredient is showcased at its best. The menu offers a cross-section of typical Campania cuisine; dishes that aim at simplicity and clearly illustrate the concept that is being proposed. The Neapolitan fried offerings are enticing and invite you to start the dinner with these delicacies. Various flours are used for the dough, which has a long leavening time (at least 72 hours). The pizzas with curcuma, hemp or beetroot are curious. What makes the difference, apart from the leavenings and a perfect baking, are the ingredients: they are well-sourced, include DOP products and truly add value to the pizzas. , San Giovanni ham, gorgonzola, toasted almonds and mint. It expresses a balance of flavors and a refined taste. The wine and beer lists are interesting and personalized. The desserts are excellent and conclude the meal elegantly.
