Here you are met with a spacious dining room furnished in a very simple and linear way. The service is young, courteous and careful to meet the customer’s needs. Excellent quality ingredients are used, which are tasty and mostly organic. The pizza is small in diameter, the crust and center of the pizza is quite thick. The dough is easily digestible, in particular, the one made with hydrolysis (the basic dough instead is made with a sourdough starter). The baking time is extended well beyond the standard time of a Neapolitan pizza, but nonetheless, it is baked to perfection and homogeneously. Good wine selection.
