This establishment is located in the Fuorigrotta area of Naples, an area which is penalized by the infrequent public transport. Nevertheless, the establishment is well-known and popular; the service is efficient and polite, and the dining areas are clean and airy. We chose the Bufalina and the Provola e Pepe. Both were excellently baked and well leavened. The pizzas are characterized by top-quality toppings, well-balanced flavors, and a good balance of spices. The Bufalina has a dough with a perfect thickness; it covered with excellent mozzarella and is on the whole a very tasty pizza. The Provola e Pepe is well baked, the tanginess and the tartness of the tomato are well balanced. The dough is crunchy and fragrant. The table settings include ceramics for the pizzas and glasses for the drinks. An open-view kitchen allows you to observe the preparation. Excellent value for money.
