Crosta welcomes you first with its elegant and radically chic atmosphere. Afterwards you are greeted by the fragrances notable already from the street outside. Lastly, the enormous windows frame a rich and enticing counter which is almost impossible to ignore.
It offers an essential yet refined menu: four traditional pizzas, tasty salamis and condiments which are served on a bread-like pizza. Finally, the chef (ex Dry Milano) Simone Lombardi’s creativity has generated seven contemporary pizzas (made exclusively with soft wheat flour, Piedmontese Rye and hard wheat Sicilian flour), combinations which convince your taste buds.
The dough is light and well leavened. Excellent for sharing, even as an appetizer.
