This noteworthy locale in Milan has created a formula for success: pairing pizza with a cocktail bar. It is basic and simple but with a layout that comes from the experience of one of the partners, a notable interior designer.
The pizza chef is from the island of Ischia, Lorenzo Sirabela. He proposes a choice that spans from the five classics, to which ingredients of superior quality can be paired, alongside other nine pizzas “consigliate dallo chef” (recommended by the chef). Moreover, there is a selection of focacce, and you can choose the size (small or regular).
The “Cubotto” is interesting, perfect as a starter to whet the appetite.
The wine list is ample for this type of establishment, and the choice and quality of the mixed drinks is evident.
It is an informal and fashionable place, which is warm and welcoming, with a large counter at the entrance and a spacious dining area in the back.
