Davide Croce, chef and ex basketball player for Benetton Basket, has created an original project in the center of Treviso, which is home to a creative restaurant, gourmet Naples pizza with exceptional ingredients (in primis the flours), bakery of the highest standard (the Roman foccacias and the Nuvola are a must), and take-away cuisine. Pizza by the slice to be enjoyed during the crowded evening happy hour, paired with an impressive six versions of spritz. The chef David, very attentive to the quality of the leavenings and to the lightness of the doughs, gives his personal signature to the Margherita in Equilibrio with three varieties of tomato and an extraordinary heart center of burrata from Andria.
