Gabin represents a new way of eating pizza: eating with your hands without losing elegance or flavor. The good taste of the décor is found also in the dishes. There are three types of pizzas made with different flours, all with long leavening times. The “Alta”, pizza which is light and soft; the “Cornicione” which is light and fragrant; and the "Farcita". Among the cornicione typologies, we recommend the Marghericcia, with fresh burrata, and excellent confit tomatoes. It is digestible, and what really strikes you is the harmony of the flavors. Among the others that are quite good is the pizza with cream of pumpkin, sausage, smoked ricotta, and cinnamon. If you are not in the mood for pizza then we recommend you try the octopus, it will captivate you with all its tentacles! There are wines with "private labels".
