This pizzeria, has gained notoriety in Salerno and its province in a short time. The restaurant is large and bright, with a modern décor. It resembles the structure of an industrial building, with a knowledgeable use of wood and light colors. There is ample, well-distributed seating, and a young staff that is well organized and professional. The establishment has an interesting list of wines and craft beers with many labels from the local territory. The two wood-fired ovens dominate the space and work at full speed. There are also two pizza chefs: Daniele Ferrara and Valerio Lessi. Their pizzas are inspired by the history of Naples (hence the name). The type of dough and its consistency are Neapolitan, but with a more pronounced crust. The pizza is light, digestible and topped with almost military precision. They use many good regional DOP, IGP and Slow Food Presidia products.
