Mario Cipriano has done a lot of work perfecting her dough over the last year while offering only two pizza variants. The two types of pizzas offered have a long maturation time and are easily digestible. In regards to the toppings, you’ll find the Margherita and Napoli on the front line along with some more creative proposals that draw from the territory with ingredients like Mortadella from Prato and sausage from Scarpaccia. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, you can also try pan pizzas that are designed to be shared. The establishment has expanded by opening a new sector that offers pizzas and fried food for takeaway in addition to the standard pizzeria and restaurant service. The restaurant offers mostly seafood dishes. Despite a large number of seats available, including an outdoor area for the summer, the establishment is very popular even during lunch so a reservation is always recommended.
