These are the secrets to success for the pizzeria owned by the brothers Antonio, Roberto and Marcello Cottone who began their business in Palermo in 1997. The pizza is prepared by Daniele Vaccarella and quality is guaranteed. You can choose from among tens of doughs for the base, and the pizzas are divided into the “classiche” (classics), the “particolari” (the creatives) the “bianche” (whites) and the “rosse” (reds). A special section is dedicated to those that have received awards, to the covaccini and to the vegan pizzas. There are also antipasti, pasta courses and second courses available on the menu. The beer list is rich with the possibility to choose from among local and national labels. During the warm weather season, the Braciera in Villa is open with outdoor seating.
