The Monte Rosa acts as a backdrop to this establishment, but the lemons and the poetry of the Coast are what give both name and character to this venue. There is a wide selection of over 30 traditional and creative pizzas, and a menu that skillfully highlights seafood proposals (which also cleverly top some pizzas), some served even raw. Managing the oven is a young generation of pizza chefs originally from the Amalfi Coast. The pizzas concentrate on flavor and are made with good quality ingredients from the Novara area. The dough is fragrant and enhanced by the baking in a wood-fired oven. The expert service is executed according to tradition. There is a good list of beers and wines, with excellent labels that span from the south to the north. Creative desserts complete the menu.
