From the end of May 2019 Romualdo Rizzuti has been baking his pizzas in the historic city center of Florence, in a beautiful establishment in San Nicoolò. There is ample space to eat outside (30 seats available divided between a view of the street or the internal courtyard; 60 indoor seats). There are all the traditional classic pizzas. The pizza Napoli is served with anchovies on the side; there is also the classic Italian-style fried antipasto and fried pizza. The marinara is exquisite (tomato pulp with a wafer of fresh garlic). Great care and attention have been put into the creation of the wine list with a vast selection of Italian and French labels and champagnes.
